Located at sea level, Villa Beatrice offers panoramic views of the sparkling Aegean and nearby islands. The expansive terrace features a private infinity pool, a garden with native plants, and ample lounging space for soaking up the sun. The outdoor BBQ area is perfect for outdoor dining, making the most of the villa’s exceptional setting.

The villa’s interior is divided into three levels, offering a variety of spacious living areas.

• Ground Level: A bright and spacious living room with a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. This level also includes two en-suite double bedrooms with sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool.
• First Floor: Two stylish en-suite double bedrooms with private balconies and incredible sea views.
• Lower Level: A large twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a cozy TV room perfect for movie nights, and direct access to the pool terrace. This level also includes a laundry room for added convenience.
